Goyer Management Introduces New Team Members
Both Ron Lum and Lynn Newman will be based in Goyer Management’s office in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.

Goyer Management International (Lakewood Ranch, Florida), announces that several new staff members have recently been hired.
Ron Lum has been hired to take on the role of vice president of sales, education and membership, which became open when Bruce Bryan retired last summer. Lum will provide support to the Chemical Coaters Association International’s (CCAI) current chapters and developing new chapters; recruit new members; sell FabTech booth space alongside Andy Goyer; assist in the CCAI programming development for CCAI FabTech Finishing conference; manage CCAI’s Tech Week program for high schools and more.
Lum has over 30 years of manufacturing experience, including more than 20 years in the pretreatment industry, providing sales and support for chemical processes and control equipment with Coral Chemical Co. Lum also has experience as a powder coating sales representative and earned a bachelors of science in industrial engineering from Cal State University Fresno.
In addition to Lum, Lynn Newman recently joined Goyer Management as an event manager and will be responsible for event and hotel contract negotiations; on-site event management along with Leslie Muck; research for future events; and management of CCAI/PCI’s Peer Group program. Newman will work on events for all of Goyer’s association clients.
Newman has a background in hotel management and has worked in properties from San Diego, Chicago and Washington D.C. to properties in the U.K. with responsibilities from guest relations management to reservations, revenue management, catering and sales. Newman has a bachelors of arts from the University of Maryland.
Goyer Management also recently hired Marty Korecky, who previously worked for AkzoNobel. Korecky has signed on as a consultant to CCAI and will be in charge of CCAI’s new Industrial Finishing Safety Seminar, as well as write a quarterly safety column for “The Finishing Touch,” CCAI’s newsletter. Korecky will also serve as a course instructor for CCAI’s online courses.
