Emerging leaders are vital to the future of the surface finishing industry —recognizing those making strides in shaping the industry is more important than ever. Each year, Products Finishing recognizes the finishing industry's next generation of industry professionals via its annual 40 Under 40 awards program.
Do you have a colleague who inspires you?
Do you know someone who is making a difference in the world of coating and finishing? PF is looking for 40 individuals under the age of 40 who are making a difference both in their company and in the finishing community. Nominees should be potential leaders, trailblazers, and hardworking industry volunteers and community members who give back to the finishing industry.
Nominees must be under the age of 40 as of February 1, 2025. Honorees will be chosen based on the quality of the nomination submitted, not the quantity of nominations.
Visit pfonline.com/forms/40under40 to nominate an industry colleague. Nominations close January 17, 2025. Contact senior editor Lori Beckman at LBeckman@pfonline.com with questions.
Products Finishing will select 40 honorees to celebrate throughout the year via its various media channels and at special events.
