Protech Group to Acquire Winslow Browning Inc.
The Protech Group will acquire the Indiana-based liquid coating group Winslow Browning Inc. on December 4th, 2020 as part of its ongoing growth strategy.
The Protech Group (Montreal, Canada) will acquire Winslow Browning Inc. (WBI – Liberty, Ind.), with the acquisition expected to close December 4, 2020. WBI’s manufacturing equipment and site will remain operational under the Protech Group banner, with all employees joining the Protech Group.
For over 30 years, WBI has manufactured high-performance liquid coatings for metal, glass, wood and plastic substrates. WBI has built its reputation on timely delivery of customized, optimized products thanks to a dedicated team of production, materials and chemistry experts.
"This acquisition strengthens our liquid coatings capabilities,” highlights David Ades, president of the Protech Group. “It allows us to expand our customer base and offer a great depth of solutions to them.”

Acquisitions continue to be part of the Protech Group’s growth strategy. Earlier this year, the Protech Group announced the acquisition of the coatings division of ACG Industrie (Gondecourt, France).
