The company has promoted Rosie Hawk to regional sales manager, hired Benjamin Derouin as another regional sales manager and hired Lucas Raube as inside sales/business development representative.

Rosie Hawk has been with the company since 2016, most recently working as an inside sales/business development representative. In her new role as regional sales manager, she will act as the key account manager for current VMS customers, expanding and strengthening business relationships while assisting with new project development.

Benjamin Derouin’s previous experience positions him to step into his new role to foster new OEM business opportunities that require customized product solutions. In addition, he will cultivate business relationships with current customers to help grow their companies. Most recently, he worked as a key account manager at HellermannTyton in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he focused on corporate accounts.

Lucas Raube is responsible for sales to current customers and managing VMS’ customer management system. In addition, VMS means for him to play a key role in new business development. Before joining VMS, Raube worked as a marketing representative and sales coordinator at Lakeside International Trucks and as national sales support at Rademann Stone and Landscape.
