My suggestion for a Web site would be electrocoat.org. That will get you to The Electrocoat Association. There you will find the names and contact information of most of the major companies that service the electrocoat industry. You can order literature from them.
You can also purchase a book from The Electrocoat Association called Electrocoating—A Guidebook for Finishers. To my knowledge it is the most comprehensive book available about electrocoating.
