Toledo's Owens Community College Offers Spray Finishing Training
The workshops, presented by Carlisle Fluid Technologies brands, are being held May 9-11,September 12-14 and November 7-9.
Owens Community College in Toledo, Ohio, has teamed up with Carlisle Fluid Technologies’ finishing brands to present Spray Finishing Technology Workshops May 9-11,September 12-14 and November 7-9.
Classes meet from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day and include both classroom and hands-on sessions. Attendees should be involved with industrial, contractor or maintenance spray finishing applications, or spray equipment sales and distribution. Two continuing education units will be awarded upon completion of the workshop.
Topics covered in the workshop include:
- Equipment types and selection.
- Equipment set-up, operation and maintenance.
- Surface preparation and defect analysis.
- Material selection.
- Safety and regulatory concerns.
