Col-Met Engineered Finishing Solutions Breaks Ground On New Facility
Scheduled for completion year-end 2015, the new 150,000 sq.ft. building will have the capability to grow over 200,000 sq.ft.
Col-Met Engineered Finishing Solutions’ team joined with city officials and development partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of their new facility being built in Rockwall, TX.
Eric Jones, founder and CEO, kicked off the ceremony explaining how this new expanded facility will allow Col-Met to achieve its aggressive growth strategy for the long term.
“We are excited to have Col-Met bring this state of the art facility to Rockwall. Partnering with businesses to encourage their growth in our community remains a primary focus for Rockwall and our economic development," said Jim Pruitt, Mayor of Rockwall. "I applaud the success of Col-Met in our community and look forward to many years of economic growth for the company and our great city.”
Scheduled for completion year-end 2015, the new 150,000 sq.ft. building will have the capability to grow over 200,000 sq.ft. and will include office space needed to support expanded business, state of the art manufacturing space, and training room designed for distributor training that will hold over 50 people.
This is yet another step in Col-Met’s strategy to transform their organization to bring new innovative products and services to their distribution partners and to the industry.
