Q. Where can I get information on designing of racks for electroplating processes?
A. If you belong to the National Association of Metal Finishers, they may be able to supply you with two articles that are in Plating & Surface Finishing. One by F. B. Schultz and the other, a partial rewrite of the first, by J. H. Lindsey, Jr. There is also an excellent article in the Metal Finishing Guidebook and Directory by Steen Heimke. Unfortunately, the directory is no longer published, and unless you can find copies that were published in the years 2007 – 2011, you may not be able to find a copy. Let me know if you can’t find a copy and I will scan it for you.
