Qemtex Chemical Holding has launched a new powder coatings plant in the UAE, focusing on both domestic and international markets with advanced R&D capabilities.
Qemtex Chemical Holding launched its powder coatings plant in the United Arab Emirates. The facility, located in the Umm Al Quwain Free Trade Zone, produces a range of products, including architectural, industrial and specialized powder coatings.
Production capacity expansion will be implemented in two stages: the initial output of 5,000 tons per year will be increased to 10,000 tons during the second stage.
Qemtex plans to allocate at least 30% of its production to the UAE domestic market, with the remaining 70% destined for export to GCC, MENA, EU and U.S. markets. The investment includes an R&D center, which could lead to advancements in powder coating technology.
