Mingo Aerospace (Owasso, Okla.) announced that it has successfully been granted 18-month merit for Nadcap accreditation for Coatings—Thermal Spray and Grinding, AC710/1 and AC7109/8. Nadcap merit is granted to suppliers who demonstrate exemplary audit performance; it is determined by the Coatings Process Task Group which is made up of technical experts from across the industry.

Mingo Aerospace says it exhibited the skill, experience and knowledge necessary to achieve merit on its third Nadcap Coatings audit. By achieving accreditation, Mingo reports that it will have longer intervals between third party audits and can focus on continuing to refine and improve our coating and grinding processes.
