Protech Group Acquires Caldwell Chemical Coatings
The Protech Group has acquired Caldwell’s industrial coatings business and assets, maintaining operations in Fayetteville, Tennessee.
The Protech Group (Montreal, Canada) has acquired the industrial coatings business and assets of Caldwell Chemical Coatings (Fayetteville, Tennessee). Caldwell is a recognized name in liquid industrial coatings and has been providing quality specialty products and optimal service to its clients for many years.

Protech will maintain manufacturing operations in Fayetteville. Current customers of Caldwell will continue to be able to obtain the products they are currently purchasing and will have access to Protech’s worldwide network of products and technologies.
