PEM Announces New Leadership

PEM Inc. recently made a significant announcement regarding the retirement of its company president, John Kapsner, who has played an instrumental role in the organization’s success for over 35 years within the finishing industry.
The ownership of PEM Inc. has been acquired by two longstanding managers, Kelly McCabe and Brad Leiferman. Kelly McCabe has assumed the role of the new company President, while Brad Leiferman steps into the position of Operations Manager.
Under the leadership of McCabe and Leiferman, PEM Inc. looks ahead to a future of continuous growth and a company culture based on deep-rooted industry knowledge. The team says it will continue to place emphasis on continuous learning and embracing evolving market trends.
