PNC Finances Management Buyout of RIE Coatings
PNC Mezzanine Capital supports RIE Coatings management buyout.

PNC Mezzanine Capital has announced its recent investment of subordinated debt and equity to support the management buyout of RIE Coatings, LLC (RIE, Dubuque, Iowa), a licensed applicator of environmentally friendly, protective, and performance-enhancing coatings used on fasteners, as well as other parts and components primarily for use in industrial applications.
Certified to ISO 9001:2015, RIE is a provider of coating solutions that offer chemical and corrosion protection, abrasion resistance, heat dissipation and dry film lubrication for a wide variety of applications in a wide range of industries including agricultural equipment, recreational vehicles, military, computer, electronics, construction, medical and aerospace.
