Powder Coating Company Makes Organizational Structure Changes
Professional Plating makes structural changes to the organization including the promotion of two employees.
Professional Plating (Brillion, Wis.) makes structural changes to the organization. Larry Dietz, the company’s general manager since 2001, will be retiring from his full-time capacity but will remain through the end of 2024 to support the transition of the business and customer needs. Dietz will become a member of the Professional Plating Advisory Board.
With this change, Professional Plating announces two promotions. Kerry Behnke will be promoted to general manager effective October 1, 2024.
Since joining the company in March 1998, Behnke has held various positions, most recently leading the company’s plating operations.
Jessica Moskow will be promoted to paint coatings manager - E coat and powder coat effective October 1, 2024.
Moskow joined Professional Plating in September 1995. She has held several key positions in Zinc, Wastewater, Quality Lab and Powder. Moskow has spent the last 18 years in the Powder Coat area. She will continue to have full responsibilities of powder coating operations with added responsibilities in E-Coat operations.
