Walter Acquires Allegro Industries
Walter Surface Technologies acquires Allegro Industries to expand its respiratory and PPE offerings.
Walter Surface Technologies (Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada), a surface treatment technology company, has announced the acquisition of Allegro Industries, a U.S.-based leading manufacturer of high-quality safety equipment, respirators, air sources and ventilation equipment.
Walter says it is expanding its current safety and PPE offering to end-users following the acquisition of ArcOne in 2020, to complement its high-end metalworking product lines.
