Air Inlet Temperature
Does air inlet need an oil and water filter?
Q. I am now designing fluid bed powder tanks for PVC powder dipping, but I don’t know how high the temperature of inlet air should be. Does air inlet need an oil and water filter? Thank you very much. L. D.
A. The air temperature should be below 70°F. Air quality must meet the following requirements: Less than +38°F dew point, contain less than 0.1 ppm of oil, and have no particulate greater than 0.3 µm.
