Jose Lopez, Elite Finishing

Jose started at Elite at 17 and has been there 36 years, now as plant manager. He comes in early to check on things, and can be seen at the plant late at night checking up on projects. Jose's wife and daughter both work at Elite, too. “We should be calling the place Lopez Platng because Jose cares so much about the company, treating as if it was his own,” said Jaime Maliszewski, president of Elite.
