March index stays the same at 60.3

- Accelerated rates of expansion in new orders, production and backlog again drove the March Finishing GBI.
- Lengthened supply chain activity lent its artificial boost to the March Finishing GBI at a rate that was slightly decelerating. This deceleration remains a good thing given persistent atypical conditions.
- Employment and exports continued to show moderate volatility, with employment growing at a slightly faster rate in March and exports contracting at about the same rate as February.
