King Coatings of Allentown, Pennsylvania, is using powder coating from TIGER Drylac Powder Coatings on several Mack trucks destined for the Canadian Forces.
Tiger Drylac U.S.A., Inc. developed a custom powder coating that was approved by Mack Defense and is currently used successfully by King Coatings. In 2016, Mack Defense of Allentown, Pennsylvania, was awarded two contracts to provide standard military pattern trucks and related equipment for the Canadian Forces.
According to a Canadian Federal government’s news release, the first delivery of the trucks and equipment is planned for summer 2017 and deliveries are expected to be completed by fall 2018.
