Arlington Plating Co., known for plating and anodizing, joins established partnership between Enameled Steel and Midwestern Rust Proof. The resulting group will provide a robust list of offerings.

Arlington Plating Company (Palatine, Ill.) will join the partnership between Enameled Steel (Chicago, Ill.) and Midwestern Rust Proof (Chicago, Ill.). The resulting group will offer more services with more capacity. Arlington Plating Co. provides decorative and functional nickel chrome plating, electroless nickel plating, and anodizing. Midwestern Rust Proof provides zinc phosphate, black oxide, zinc electroplating and manganese phosphate. Enameled Steel provides ecoating, wet spray painting, powder coating and silk screen/pad printing. The group operates 4 facilities in Rockford, Chicago, and now Palatine, Illinois. Enameled Steel (founded in 1901), Midwestern Rust Proof (founded in 1920) and Arlington Plating Co. (Founded in 1960) bring a combined 279 years of metal finishing experience to the industry.
Richard Macary, president of Arlington Plating Company, stated, “APC continues to re-build a solid book of niche automotive and motorcycle applications.
