Coventya Enacts Leadership Changes

Coventya is promoting Lon Thrasher, Dr. Thorsten Kühler and Dr. Klaus Wojczykowski to new upper-level management positions.

Lon Thrasher

Coventya (Brooklyn Heights, Ohio) is promoting and expanding the roles of several high-level employees: Lon Thrasher, Dr. Thorsten Kühler and Dr. Klaus Wojczykowski.

Lon Thrasher will become group chief operating officer and assume oversight for all group operational activities while continuing with his direct management role for the Americas and data storage businesses.

Dr. Thorsten Kühler will become chief innovation officer, taking a more active role in the development and commercialization of all product lines. His primary tasks will be to assure market readiness for new processes and to accelerate market share gain. 

Dr. Klaus Wojczykowski will become chief science officer and will, along with his current responsibilities of managing global R&D, focus on Coventya’s technology road map for the surface finishing, light metal and lubricant markets.
