MicroCare Builds its Team with Two New Hires

MicroCare LLC (New Britain, Conn.), a manufacturer of critical cleaning, coating and lubrication products, has announced the appointment of two new team members. Dr. Kimberley Dilts has joined MicroCare as the Global Regulatory Manager and Dylan Griswold has joined as Senior Sourcing Analyst.
Dilts will be responsible for assuring the MicroCare portfolio of products comply with global chemical control legislation. With a Ph.D. in Chemistry and extensive knowledge of GHS (Globally Harmonized System) classifications, Dilts is experienced in managing ongoing chemical compliance and worldwide regulations which continue to require regular updates.

Griswold
Griswold joins MicroCare’s sourcing and procurement team. Having held a similar post as a buyer at Savage Arms, Inc. for nearly 6 years, Griswold is responsible for overseeing vendor relationships and improving the supply chain operations of the business.
