Pinnacle Finishing (Hendersonville, Tenn.) has announced that Wade Hickam is joining Doug Rogers as co-owner of the company. Hickam is said to bring over 25 years of experience in the finishing industry to Pinnacle Finishing. His resume includes general manager of ITW Ransburg, owner of C&C Industrial Sales (CCIS) before selling to OTP Industrial Solutions and most recently co-owner of RTT Engineering Solutions (formerly Col-Met).
