Plating Systems & Technologies Changes Hands
Plating Systems & Technologies has changed presidents, with David Rochester purchasing the business from founder Tom Rochester. Tom will remain as CTO.
Plating Systems & Technologies Inc. (PS&T; Jackson, Mich.), which was founded in 1985 by Tom Rochester, has announced that David Rochester has purchased the business. Tom will remain at PS&T as chief technology officer and chairman emeritus while David is now president and chief executive officer.
PS&T is a supplier of mechanical plating and galvanizing proprietaries, and says that it and its sister company Dynamic Systems LLC (Waukesha, Wis.) can provide mechanical platers or galvanizers with everything they need to create a successful metal finishing business.
