Protech Acquires Coating Division from ACG Industrie
The Protech Group has acquired ACG Industrie’s coatings division.
The Protech Group (Montreal, Canada) has acquired ACG Industrie’s coatings division, which produced its products under the ETICOAT trademark in Europe and North Africa. Protech’s existing European facilities will serve as the new home of the division’s manufacturing equipment.
