Univar and Techi Chem To Distribute Silicone For CASE Market

Univar Solutions Inc.’s (Downers Grove, Ill.) wholly owned subsidiary, Univar Solutions China Co. Ltd. (Shanghai, China), has reached an agreement with Zhuhai Techi Chem Silicone Industry Corporation (Zhuhai, China) to distribute innovative specialty silicone solutions primarily used in the coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers (CASE) market. The agreement is expected to close mid-December.

This agreement aligns with Univar’s global approach to seeking new opportunities for growth to bring value to customers and suppliers within the CASE market.
