Valence Los Angeles has achieved approval from Honeywell for over 180 new specifications. The new approvals cover a wide range of key special processes including Penetrant Inspection, Chemical Film Conversion Coatings, Type I Chromic Anodize, Type II Sulfuric Anodize, Type III Hard Coat Anodize, and Painting and Dry Lube.
Honeywell Aerospace product divisions include Actuation, Air & Thermal Systems, Auxillary Power Units, Cockpit Systems & Displays, Electric Power, Engines, Engineering & Mission Operations, Health & Usage Monitoring, Lighting, Microelectronics, Navigation & Sensors, Radios, Records & Transmitters, Satellite Communications, Space, Terrain & Traffic Awareness, Thermal Barrier Coatings, Weather Radar, and Wheels & Braking Systems.
With the number of new approvals, Valence continues to expand offerings so that customers have a single-source finishing solution in all regions of the United States.

Founded in 1965, Valence Los Angeles (Coast Plating Inc.) provides metal finishing services to the aerospace and defense industries. In the southwest, Valence has a total of 5 facilities in the greater Los Angeles area, encompassing over 325,000 sq. ft. of processing space. All facilities are Nadcap and AS9100 certified, and provide a full range of product finishing services including NDT, anodizing, shot peen, plating, painting and bond primer application.
