Asterions zinc and zinc-nickel systems—Ultra, UltraPlus or UltraMax—enable corrosion protection and NSS performance. Each integrated system includes a Technibrite-hex, chrome-free zinc or zinc-nickel, an UltraPass trivalent passivate and a water-based UltraSeal sealant and is designed to ensure that plated parts will feature corrosion protection with enhanced aesthetics, according to the company. Suited for both rack and barrel operations, each system offers ease of operation and waste treatment.
