Hardwood Line will feature its battery-powered, cordless plating barrel, which can be used in manual or rack lines. The system is available in a variety of barrel sizes and styles, including 14 × 22, 12 × 18 and 6 × 12 versions.
The cordless barrel includes a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that delivers as many as nine hours of usage on a single charge. The battery is housed in a sealed compartment to protect the electronics from drips and fumes. An easily accessible flip-up compartment simplifies battery changes. The barrel also features a battery charge indicator, variable-speed control and fused protection. It comes with a charging station and an extra battery.
Hardwood Line also will demonstrate its programmable TriRinse system, which delivers a bath and two fresh-water sprays using a single tank.
