With Cetec ERP’s custom workflows, orders can be assigned to individuals in various states, such as engineering, quality review or simply in-process. According to the company, these states are custom, achieving a process-driven workflow — now with assigned due dates to keep business moving. Common questions such as who is working on what, and why an order is not progressing as planned are easily and quickly answered.

Cetec ERP’s production dashboard can be filtered by the assigned user and respective due date for the workflow state. This gives management the visibility to know who and when to follow up. Additionally, an email is sent to the assigned user with an ics calendar invite with the task deadline.

In addition, each user has an accessible “My Tasks” list to view all workflow states that are assigned to them with their respective due dates, helping to prioritize their work. These lists are visible for management to view so they can ensure all deadlines are met.
