The CRYSTAL 301 MF-PM process is Coventya’s latest accomplishment in its on-going research efforts to develop ultra high-quality bright nickel plating additives.

An important feature of the process is its ability to provide bright and level deposits at all current densities, even those corresponding to recessed areas on production parts. The reaction products that comprise the process are stable and resistant to dissipation by evaporation.

Deposits from solutions using CRYSTAL 301 are white-bright, even with thin coatings of nickel. They are also ductile, low stressed and readily accept subsequent coatings of chrome. These unusual properties mean the process is equally well suited for applications where either thin coatings or heavy thicknesses are applied.

CRYSTAL 301 has been formulated with versatility in mind as it is a blend of the key addition agents into a pre-mix that allows for single addition agent replenishment.
