EcoClean's EcoCcore Now Manufactured in U.S.
Location gives customers in North America more immediate access to knowledge, skills and resources for training, parts and service.
Ecoclean is adding a manufacturing base in Southfield, Michigan, for its vapor degreaser, EcoCcore, to better serve its customers. This location gives customers in North America more immediate access to knowledge, skills and resources for training, parts and service.
According to the company, the EcoCcore is equipped with technology for optimized cleaning quality, reduced costs, improved process stability and energy savings. Additionally, the EcoCCore is said to feature high-speed processes, ease of operation and smaller footprint.
The EcoCcore cleans parts in a fully enclosed system and is designed for the efficient cleaning of large quantities of parts that are subject to tight cleanliness specifications, working with either modified alcohols or non-halogenated hydrocarbons. The base system is equipped with a preliminary vapor degreasing function (which takes most of the oil from the parts directly to the distillation tank) and has the ability to use ultrasonic and filtration at the same time, thereby reducing cleaning costs per unit while enhancing cleaning quality.
