Sames North America has upgraded its Xcite+ and Xcite+ Light manual Airmix spray guns. The Xcite+ and Xcite+ Light possess the same features that exist in the Xcite manual spray gun model in addition to technical upgrades. The company says these guns still deliver a high level of performance with great finish quality.
The Xcite+ is visually the same gun as the Xcite. However, it integrates features to improve spraying quality and its general use. A diffuser and deflector have been added to promote a finer atomozing spraying quality. The trigger design also differs from previous models for more comfort and reduces finger pinching. The Xcite+ also has a 240 bar spring — instead of 200 bar — for compliancy with 35C50 pumps and above. There is also an upgraded swivel.

The Xcite+ Light version benefits from the above listed improvements. The Light version also includes a fan adjustment valve and a female fluid inlet fitting to connect any fluid hose. The lightness of the Xcite+ Light is also said to help reduce operator fatigue.
Sames says that end users benefit from the use of these models in several ways. One of the benefits is less operator fatigue through the maneuverability because of the flexible whip end hose which is directly connected to the gun inlet. End users can also obtain energy savings from the deflector. The Xcite+ and Xcite+ Light also provide simplicity to end users because they have the same spare parts as previous Xcite models and they are reduced-wear parts.
