Martech System Functions with Existing Compressed Air Source
Martech Services Company says its The Solution compressed air system for spray paint is user-friendly and compatible with existing compressed air sources.
Martech Services Company (Mazeppa, Minn.) says its The Solution compressed air system can handle cleaning, drying and heating the atomizing air from existing compressed air sources.
The Solution’s four-stage filtration is outfitted with an automatic moisture discharger. The system further filters clean air from this discharger to remove moisture content and create super dry air. A controller with digital outputs allows users to set the temperature of the atomizing up to 165°F. The Solution ships complete with a 3/8”-ID x 35-foot spray air hose.
“With the advent of waterborne paints becoming mandated by government agencies, the need for this type and quality of atomizing air is crucial,” says Tom Wright, Martech’s director of Sales and Marketing.
The Solution is a complete compressed air system designed to clean, dry and heat atomizing air for today’s spray paint requirements. Martech says it is easy to use, simple to install and affordable to maintain. The company says this system works well for atomizing air in both waterborne- and solvent-based paint systems.
