Modular Rectifiers Help Minimize Downtime
Available in both air-cooled and water-cooled varieties, KraftPowercon’s FlexKraft modular rectifiers are designed to perform at maximum-load operation, 24/7, in harsh, corrosive environments.
Available in both air-cooled and water-cooled varieties, KraftPowercon’s FlexKraft modular rectifiers are designed to perform at maximum-load operation, 24/7, in harsh, corrosive environments. They feature multiple outputs, upgradeable power, self-serviceability and integrated pole reverse, as well as an output range of 0-100 V and 0-30,000+ amps, a variety of optional remote controls and data-logging capabilities.
According to the company, the modular design of the rectifiers ensures minimized downtime: if one power module should fail, the rectifier will continue to run at reduced output power. This eliminates production stops, reduces scrapped batches and increases uptime. The rectifiers also are flexible, delivering high accuracy at low amps for precious metal plating and high-power DC output for hard-chrome plating applications. The multiple output function allows two plating tanks to be separately powered from a single rectifier.Related Content
