The powder gun is designed for use in general industrial applications and high-performance coatings. With a 110-kV high power cascade, the product offers a high charging capacity while strictly complying with safety regulations and setting the standard for higher productivity, increased process speeds, and unparalleled application performance.
The GA04’s optimized gun design, with its use of non-stick material and a straight deposit-free powder path is designed for faster and easier powder color changes. Our redesigned SuperCorona with simplified connection improves the application quality and provides coaters with better control over the application process.
The OptiGun GA04 Series is available in a variety of models to fit different applications including standard automatic guns for injector or pump technology, quick color change guns, robust and wear-resistant enamel guns, and a version optimized for robotic requirements.
