Tiger Drylac (Guelph, Canada) has introduced TIGERTexT, a new communication platform. TIGERText is a commercial messaging system that offers a new level of convenience, allowing customers to reach the company’s customer service or inside sales representatives directly via SMS Text Message.
TIGERTexT is designed to allow customers to avoid crowded email or voice mail boxes and interact directly with a representative to check inventory, determine lead times, receive price quotes, place orders, or make technical inquires. As an added service, TIGERText does not replace any previous forms of communication, such as email or by phone.
TIGERTexT was launched April 12th, 2021.
