Viu Insight Air Tracker Measures, Improves Air Flow
System is designed to measure airspeed in a continuous manner throughout the entire length of the spray booth.
Viu Insight’s AirTracker is designed to measure airspeed in a continuous manner throughout the entire length of a spray booth. According to the company, the system measures air speed vector in two axis, indicates direction of air movement, has a resolution down to 2 FPM, no moving parts, no maintenance or calibration required, and has data recorded on a smart device. It is said the user defines how many readings are taken to calculate the average value to be saved, as well as unit of measurement, while the device will track elapsed time and save downdraft and crossdraft values at the intervals defined by the number of readings (settings). The company says the measurements are locally saved files that can be uploaded to the cloud for automatic visualization and the user can open any saved file for quick review, while uploaded data can be visualized online through a specifically designed dashboard.
