Wagners’s Coatify information and management platform is designed to provide intelligent monitoring of coating systems. According to the company, the system enables operators to see the performance data of all coating systems at a glance on a clear user interface with descriptive diagrams and graphs. The monitor controls and sensors send the data to the platform via a secure VPN connection and can be displayed on a smartphone, tablet or PC.
The company says the system can increase productivity thanks to tight process control, short response times for fewer rejects and proactive service measures that can increase system availability and productivity. If needed, Wagner service staff can carry out remote plant maintenance.
