Walchem‘s W600 metal finishing copper-nickel controller features two sensor input slots. The same controller is used with many types of sensors, including copper or nickel, plus pH and dual analog inputs for any 4-20 mA transmitter. Six control outputs enable the controller to be used in more applications. Other options include Plating Control, with on/off and totalizing metal turnovers, and Plating Follow which is activated with another relay. Applications include RO Systems, electroless plating, alkaline cleaner, rinse tank control, paint pretreatment, chromate conversion, electroplating and more.
