Alliance Dip Washer Cleans High-volume, Precision Parts
FABTECH: Alliance Dip Washer Cleans High-volume, Precision Parts
Alliance Manufacturing’s Aquamaster CB-900DP conveyorized dip washer cleans small, high-volume, non-precision parts, where continual throughput is required within a small footprint.
The DP series incorporates a dual-zone, heated wash with optional blow-off. Parts are loaded into the intake chute, processed through the agitated dip zone, then conveyed upward through the heated spray zone. The parts are further conveyed upward through an optional blow-off zone, and then out the discharge chute. The washer incorporates a unique, hinged conveyor that lifts upward for interior access and maintenance.
