Florida’s Madeira Beach 9/11 Memorial contains elements that represent the events of September 11, 2001, and parts of the memorial were anodized by A.M. Metal Finishing in Orlando.

Four hijacked flights and crash sites are represented by four metal panels in the memorial, in order of times of impact: American Airlines Flight 11, United Airlines Flight 175, American Airlines Flight 77 and United Airlines Flight 93. Each of the steel panels received a clear anodize finish from A.M. Metal Finishing, whose owners, Rick and Sloane Hunter, have a home in Madeira Beach.

The surrounding walls and panels stand 9 feet, 11 inches tall, and the panels have 3,000 laser-cut holes. A steel beam from the World Trade Center sits at the heart of the memorial.
