Titan Metal Fabricating Moves Into New Facilities
Relocating its corporate headquarters and principal manufacturing facility Sept. 12 to a new 80,000 square foot facility.
California-based Titan Metal Fabricators, which makes heat exchangers for the metal finishing industry, is relocating its corporate headquarters and principal manufacturing facility Sept. 12 to a new 80,000 square foot facility.
Titan is currently housed in 49,000 sq. ft. spread over several buildings in Camarillo, CA. Its new Camarillo facility is 80,000 sq. ft, and is located less than three miles away. The move will allow added capacity for the company’s increasing production requirements when the move is complete.
“We’re eager and energized about the new facilities, about the company, and its place in the industry," says, Titan President Steven Muscarella. "This move is about more than increasing our manufacturing floor. It’s about the very positive outlook we have for our customers, our vendors, our employees and for our community.
“We have been bursting out of our current location, and have added space incrementally over several years. This brings all of our main manufacturing, engineering, sales and support staff under one roof.”
Additional improvements include increased material handling with the purchase of two overhead bridge cranes with capacities of 20 Tons and 30 Tons, and future capacities of additional 30Tons each.
“We looked around for a long time for the right location, and considered buildings in other parts of Ventura County. But this situation made sense: It fulfills our needs for the future, without extreme changes for our team. Our expertise lies with our people, so our team members are paramount in this equation.”
