American Plating Power (Ft. Myers, Fla.) has announced the opening of a new facility in Williston, Vermont. This latest expansion comes on the heels of strong growth for the company.
“We’re very pleased to announce the opening of a second new location in Williston, Vermont,” says Waasy Boddison, CEO of American Plating Power. “This is not only an opportunity to bring more jobs to the area, but it also allows us to foster further collaboration amongst our established Vermont-based employees while expanding our manufacturing and service capabilities to meet the growing needs of business and customers.”
American Plating Power says it plans to hire new personnel for technical and administrative positions to support its Vermont expansion. The company says the new facility will initially be set up for assembly, machining and provide service on all brands of rectifiers. Additionally, engineering and sales resources will also be located in Vermont.
