EPSI Acquires Custom Rack
EPSI is continuing to grow with the acquisition of Custom Rack, based in Euless, Texas.

Continuing its growth, Engineered Products & Services Inc. (EPSI) has acquired Custom Rack. EPSI says it looks forward to integrating Custom Rack and its employees into the EPSI family.
This acquisition is part of EPSI’s ongoing effort to provide customers with comprehensive products and services for their racking and masking needs. The company’s product range includes masking caps, plugs, stoppers, masking die cuts, masking tapes, tubing, and sheeting and hooks.
EPSI has seven manufacturing locations throughout the U.S. in Texas, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee, Michigan, Florida and Wisconsin. Texas was added to the lineup with Custom Rack’s addition. According to the company, an eighth location is in the works, which will be the second in Wisconsin.
