Gannon & Scott Expands Customer Service, Administration Team

Gannon & Scott is expanding its customer service and administrative team with the addition of Stephanie Caldwell, a precious metal refining customer service, administration and shipping expert.
"I love that this industry is centered around honesty and reliability," Caldwell says. "From material processing and assay results to relationships between customers and employees, integrity is at the core of it all."
Caldwell prides herself in her commitment to servicing customers, but also has touched on many aspects of the refining industry through her work as an administrative assistant. Caldwell has even developed, implemented and maintained an SDS management system. Recently, she was part of a three-person team that successfully completed a CHEWMEG audit. Caldwell is ready to lend her expertise to all aspects of the refining business at Gannon & Scott.
Gannon & Scott looks forward to Caldwell’s involvement, ideas and contributions to the company’s continued growth in the refining industry as she supports the administrative and customer service team.
