Hubbard-Hall Inc. (Waterbury, Conn.) has promoted Ted Saltzman to the new business development manager position and hired Andre Depew as product manage of metal coloring. Saltzman will manage corporate accounts and sell Hubbard-Hall products in both the U.S. and Mexico.
