Univertical Makes Several Leadership and Management Appointments
The changes include a new president, vice president and several VP and management positions.
Univertical has announced several promotions and the addition of a key member to its management team.
David Whitehead, former VP and Univertical employee for 40 years, has been promoted to president. “His leadership, drive and principals make him ideally suited to head the management team. Dave is a champion for Univertical and its customers,” the company says by way of announcement.
Shawn Floyd has rejoined Univertical as vice president. He has experience in sales, manufacturing and management with extensive knowledge of Univertical’s metal and chemical products from his previous employment with the company.
The company has promoted Dominick Perrone to vice president of technology. In his new role he will drive process improvements, oversee new process designs and manage installations of new equipment. Perrone brings over 23 years of Univertical experience to the new position, which was developed to ensure continuous improvement in all areas.
Chris Pontorno has been promoted to vice president of operations. With over 25 years of Univertical experience, he will manage all areas of operations and develop new employees.
Univertical International, a wholly owned subsidiary based in Suzhou, China, has promoted Jeff Wu to general manager. Wu’s leadership is guiding Univertical International with growth and stability in the fast-paced and changing Asia market, the company says.
