Winona Powder Coating Inc. (Etna Green, Ind.) has announced the recent installation of a new Gema Magic brand powder coating system.
Jamie Visker, Winona CEO says, “This new Gema system brings us superior powder application technology. It brings us quicker color changes and clean-up, reduces the amount of powder we use, prevents powder waste and really increases our ability to recycle.”
As part of the update, the company also invested in a new reverse osmosis water treatment system.
According to Visker, the company worked with Conexus Indiana, Indiana Economic Development Corp. and the Next Level Manufacturing Institute, to secure a $54,399 grant for the project.
Comprised of two facilities in Etna Green and Elkhart, Ind., Winona Powder Coating is a leading provider of powder coating and E-coat services for a wide range of industries.
