American Plating Power offers an extensive rectifier product line available anywhere, including switch mode and SCR models for any size application. The company’s low-cost MPC8 software is said to be a great alternative for controlling up to eight rectifiers in a compact programmable logic controller (PLC) package. The App Lynq PC software is designed for up to 30 rectifiers with datalogging and segment capabilities. The AS1200 PLC has current density control, which eliminates the need for surface area calculations for consistent Type II anodizing.
